What does the first visit include?
Your first visit includes a consultation to understand your dog's specific needs, a full assessment of their coat and skin condition, and your chosen grooming service. We take extra time to make your pup comfortable in our facility.
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes, for the safety of all our furry clients, we require proof of current rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Please bring documentation on your first visit.
Do you accept large breeds?
Absolutely! We welcome dogs of all sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to large Great Danes. Our facility and equipment are designed to accommodate all breeds comfortably and safely.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things come up! Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
